Who is Crazy Daisy?
All of Crazy Daisy Designs jewelry is designed and crafted in the USA by Las Vegas artist Melissa Ullom. The answer to whether or not she's actually crazy is a closely-guarded secret.
What materials do you use in your designs?
We use only genuine gemstones, fine metals and materials for our pieces. Each stone used in our designs has been hand-selected by Melissa to create a true work of art. We use clean, high quality stones. Since genuine gemstones are natural and not man-made, small inclusions sometimes occur. These are normal and they demonstrate the stone's authenticity and uniqueness. Some pieces are made to order and may vary slightly from the photo, as all stones have small variations in color and shape.
In other words, it's handcrafted jewelry using natural stones.... no two pieces are ever exactly the same. That's part of the fun of it!
Do you do custom work?
Absolutely! Please feel free to call or email any design requests that you may have. We can work together on a large or small scale depending on your needs. Existing designs can be altered, or we can design something completely new just for you.
Can I sell the Crazy Daisy Designs line in my store?
Yes. Store owners or managers, please contact Melissa for a line sheet with wholesale pricing. If you are a sales rep and would like to represent Crazy Daisy Designs, please contact Melissa at melissa@crazydaisydesigns.com. It is required that you have a resale number and an actual brick-and-mortar or online business.
What payment options does Crazy Daisy Designs provide?
All prices are in US dollars. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Paypal, cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. Personal checks or PayPal e-checks will be held for 10 calendar days for funds to clear.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
You can shop at Crazy Daisy Designs online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

How is the jewelry packaged?
All jewelry is placed in our signature Crazy Daisy Designs gift boxes. We then carefully package your items for shipping.
What are your shipping options?
For orders under $100, we charge a flat fee of $5 for USPS First Class shipping anywhere in the US. Orders over $100 receive free USPS First Class shipping. If you live outside of the US or you would like to have your order shipped another way, please email us at melissa@crazydaisydesigns.com.
We do ship internationally, but we are not responsible for any customs charges you may incur. International payments must be made through PayPal
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Shipping insurance is optional and follows the USPS pricing guidelines for insured packages. Please contact us if you want your package insured. Crazy Daisy Designs is not responsible for purchases that are lost in the mail.
Can I order by phone?
We would be happy to take your order by phone. Please contact us at 702-274-0759 between 9AM and 5PM PST. If no one is available to take your call, please leave your information, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece of our jewelry is carefully handcrafted, so please allow 3 - 5 days following the order date for your jewelry to ship. Often, the piece is in stock and ready to be shipped immediately. For large custom or wholesale orders, completion time might take longer. Please feel free to contact us for information about the shipping date of your particular order.
What else should I know when ordering?
If you want an item, but you would like it a bit different - longer, shorter, gold instead of silver, etc., feel free to email us to discuss changes.
Computer monitors display colors differently. The colors of our pieces may not look exactly like what you see on your monitor. If you have any questions on color, please let us know before ordering.
These pieces are handmade and not mass-produced, therefore all sizes are approximate.
Many of our pieces are limited editions or one-of-a-kind pieces, therefore once it's sold, it's gone, so if you love it, order it!
Please proofread everything before submitting your order. Check your address carefully! Most of our items are either one-of-a-kind pieces or very limited editions.
if you find that you would like several of a particular item, please email us to be sure we have the materials to fill your order. In most cases, that will not be a problem, however, it's always good to check.
How do I care for my jewlery?
To ensure that you enjoy your Crazy Daisy Designs pieces for years to come, please keep them in their original packaging when not being worn. This way, you can avoid the scratching that comes from jewelry hitting other items if it is stored loose in a jewelry box.
Polish with a soft jewelry cloth. I really love Sunshine cloths, which are available online. Hey, maybe I should try for an endorsement deal!
